We specialise in rehabilitating horses, particularly sport horses, with permanent lameness or permanent, unexplained loss of form (e.g. they used to be able to jump 1.60m but now they can't), behavioural issues and Kissing Spines. Many of these issues can be linked back to unresolved muscular issues causing severe pain.

  • Are you at the end of your tether?
  • Has everyone given up except you?
  • Do you believe that the problems your horse are experiencing are solvable if only you could find the right person?
  • Are you tired of having your problem 'solved' only to find it isn't?
  • Have you simply run out of money and don't know where to turn?
  • Well, you have come to the right place. We won't spin you stories. If we can help we will and if we can't we'll tell you who can if anyone.

Our philosophy is to always view the horse as a whole whatever the symptoms and that early diagnosis and prevention is far better than curing.  Many problems that horses have including behavioural problems can be traced back to unresolved muscular pain.

Vigo (below)  was written off by everyone except us. After a successful spell with us he is back at the top. Watch the video.

"I have
the greatest respect for Samsara and their work and I am convinced that their kind of work with the horses is a great addition to horse medicine." Dr. med. vet. Werner Jahn, Chief Vet, Bargteheide Horse Clinic

All issues are inter-related. You cannot dissociate nutrition from health, from poor performance or wellbeing. Our aim is to provide our horses with the best possible foundation so that problems do not arise in the first place.

"The more severely cramped the muscles that flex the joints in a limb, the more severe the strain on ligaments and tendons." Pauli Groenberg, ABC of the Horse Atlas, 2011.

If you have a horse which is under-performing or who is permanently lame or who you know has muscular or other soft-tissue problems which are not being resolved by rest or drugs then give us a call and we'll see what we can do to help. What you can be certain of is that we will give you a full assessment of the whole horse and only recommend those treatments or solutions which are necessary even if that means we don't get any work! For us the horse is key. Call us on +44 7794 935590.
